Podcasting

Podcasting provides children with an exciting and meaningful way to develop communication, creativity and digital literacy skills.

Creating podcasts encourages children to speak clearly, organise their ideas and present information confidently for an audience.

Through planning, recording and editing, children also develop teamwork, listening and problem-solving skills. Podcasting can support storytelling, discussion, reflection and cross-curricular learning, while giving children a real sense of purpose and pride in sharing their voices and ideas.
